Turkey isn’t included in our roaming destinations, so using your phone there will incur additional roaming charges. You can find full details on costs and options here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges.

If you’d like to stay connected while in Turkey, you can purchase one of our Roam Beyond bundles, there are three different types available, and you can buy these easily through your iD Mobile app or online account.

Please note that roaming isn’t available while at sea (cruise ships use their own satellite networks), so we generally recommend either using a local SIM card when you’re in port or setting your spend cap to £0.00 to avoid unexpected charges.
