Hi @Aaliyaan,

Thank you for reaching out, and I'd be happy to clarify how roaming will work while you're travelling to Pakistan.

Pakistan isn't included within our standard inclusive EU/Roam Free destinations, so your usual UK allowances won't apply in the same way. If you want to use your iD Mobile service while you're in Pakistan, you'll need to purchase the appropriate roaming add-ons.

Please note that data roaming add-ons are separate from minute/call add-ons. Purchasing a data add-on will not include calls or texts.

Data roaming add-ons

You can check the available roaming data add-ons for Pakistan through the iD Mobile app before you travel. The available options will be shown based on your destination and plan.

Minute and Call Add-On Options

• UK Minutes Add-ons: Available to top up standard UK calls if you run out of your monthly allowance.
• Call Abroad 100 Minutes EU: £5.00 per month for calling EU destinations.
• Call Abroad 150 Minutes Global Faves: £7.50 per month for selected global locations.
• Call Abroad 75 Minutes Worldwide: £12.00 per month for worldwide calls.

Please be aware that these call add-ons are separate from roaming data add-ons and may not cover calls made while you're abroad.

To avoid any unexpected out-of-plan charges while you're in Pakistan, you must set your Bill Cap to £0 before travelling. This will prevent chargeable out-of-plan usage from being incurred if your service connects to a chargeable roaming network.

We'd also recommend checking your available Pakistan roaming add-ons in the iD Mobile app before your trip and purchasing the relevant add-on before using chargeable roaming services.

Have a safe journey to Pakistan!
