Slightly baffling text message from ID about an Add-On

Joined ID only a few days ago, bringing my number from another network. This morning I received a text from ID saying that “your India 5-Day Add-On with 10GB expires tomorrow”.

Can anyone explain why I’d get this, considering I’m a brand-new customer with absolutely no need to contact anyone in India?

ItIt’s likely a bug in their system; someone else experienced the same message after porting in from O2 the other day..

    Just ignore it.

Same thing happened to me when I switched from O2.  Very hapy with iD after 1 week.  40% less than O2, what's not to like !
