I ordered a new phone last month, all great with it. I ordered it during a promotion to also claim a smartwatch. It hasn't arrived. How do I claim this?

@JoFall1  You'll have to contact the outlet or store online where you placed your order and explain that you've still not received said item.

Thank you for confirming. There are two smart watch offers that were available last month. 

Offer 1:

Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE and claim a Samsung Galaxy Watch7 BT. Promotion runs between 04/09/2025 - 02/10/2025

Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 01/11/2025 23:59 at https://www.samsungoffers.claims/galaxygift2025

All participants must claim within 30 days of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchase.

If the purchase is returned, ‘Samsung Galaxy Watch7 BT’ must also be returned.

Offer 2: 

Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE and claim a Samsung Galaxy Watch7 BT. Promotion runs between 20/08/2025 - 02/10/2025

Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 01/11/2025 23:59 at https://www.samsungoffers.claims/galaxygift2025

All participants must claim within 30 days of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchase.
