Switch from O2 to Id mobile

Hi,

I’ve been with O2 for 17 years but i’m not happy with the recent change and a lack of adequate network coverage. They have offered me a deal but I didn’t know my contract was extended. I’d like to switch to ID mobile without paying a fee to O2.

Is it possible to  switch both sim only to ID Mobile, and what should I do?
