turkey data add on not working

Hi, I bought the £20 data add on for Turkey and it isn’t working. I have tried everything recommended in other threads , I would like a refund please

Have you connected to our partner network, Turk Telekom? This is the network that should work while roaming in Turkey.

Could you also please check that roaming is turned on both on your phone and within the iD Mobile app?

Thanks for the reply, everything is enabled but it still doesn’t work

I’m really sorry to hear your Turkey data add-on isn’t working. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially after trying all the troubleshooting steps already.
 

Before we can look at a refund, could you please quickly double-check the following on your device:

Data Roaming is switched ON
You’ve manually selected a local network (e.g. Turkcell, Vodafone TR, or Turk Telekom)
Airplane mode has been turned on for 30 seconds, then off
The phone has been restarted after applying the settings
The add-on shows as active in your iD Mobile account
 

If you’ve already done all of the above and it’s still not working, we’ll be happy to investigate the add-on further and review this for a possible refund.

Hi

 

i am now already back from Istanbul, and the data didn’t work the whole time. You can see this as there is still 20gb left

 

i have used your travel plans before and they have worked so can I please just have a refund on this one.
