Hi all
I recently renewed with IDM and they added a 24 month unlimited data to my standard 10gb account.
I'm 2 months in and got a message warning me that the 10gb is 80% used, and my account shows this also, with the address showing in the addons section.
I spoke on chat with an agent who assured me the add-on kicks in at 0gb but I'm now standing outside the O2 arena, unable to access my concert ticket as I'm on 0gb data and support is closed.
I've had to buy more data just to get into the show, but anyone found a fox for this crap or do I have to wait to speak to more unreliable support people tomorrow?
