we should be able to purchse Add ons from the date we require

I'm sorry that the add-on didn't work in the way you expected.

I can certainly understand why being able to purchase an add-on in advance and choose when it starts would be beneficial, particularly for customers planning trips ahead of time.

While add-ons currently activate when they're purchased, we appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestion. Feedback like this helps us understand what improvements customers would like to see, and it's something we'll look into and pass on to the relevant teams for consideration.
