No, you won't need to purchase any additional add-ons to use your service in Rome, Italy, as Italy is included in our inclusive roaming destinations.

Before you travel, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected out-of-plan charges:

1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
2. Go to Bills.
3. Select Manage Bill Cap.
4. Set the cap to £0.00 and save the change.

When you arrive in Italy, your phone should connect automatically. However, if you experience any issues, you may need to manually connect to one of our roaming partner networks:

• TIM
• Vodafone
• WindTre
• Iliad

To manually select a network:

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection.
2. Turn Automatic off.
3. Select one of the networks listed above.

Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).
2. Tap Mobile Networks.
3. Select Network Operators.
4. Turn off Select Automatically.
5. Choose one of the networks listed above.
