    Mango and passion fruit spritz. Chunks of fresh mango, add the insides of a passion fruit, then blend with ice. Finally add a little sparkling water (and a touch of dark rum!)

    As I am in a healthy mode atm I’d love to use some  peach flavoured clear whey protein and turn it into a refreshing slushing slushy or  for the naughtier treat id go for an avocado  Honey smoothie  garnished with some walnuts for
