Horse riding. I forget about everything else and just enjoy the moment even when she’s being “unpredictable”

Spending time with my son who is 16 months old and experiencing all things through his eyes for the first time. It's just magical and he fills my heart up!

I’m lucky enough to live on the coast, so my Blue Monday remedy is this.

First a bracing walk along the Welsh coast path with friends. Then a cold water dip in the sea with said friends in the village where I live. Then a session in the sauna parked on our beach and a few dips in the ice baths. A warming cup of mulled wine in our local pub. A walk back home and a long bath with husband, candles and champagne and then…. if I win,  a relaxing treatment with my Shark CyroGlow LED Anti-Aging & Blemish Repair mask. Hopefully by Tuesday I’ll be joyful and looking a few years younger.

Maybe it’s the joy of creating, giving, or simply being. Share your spark of happiness—your story could light up someone else’s day. 💫

The look on my dogs face when I go home. I could have had a terrible day but all that is quickly forgotten as soon as I open my door. The love and affection he shows me melts my heart. This is one of the little things that makes me happy in life AND it happens every day

Exercise, playing with my kids and the dog.

Those rare times we can have a date night without the kids around 😀

Traveling and being around family and friends as well.

Hi

Firstly what makes me happy is waking up in the morning, I feel grateful for a new day, full of opportunities to make that day anything I won't.

For my family and friends, and for knowing one day I will be reunited with family & friends lost.

Staying at home in retirement makes you bored. One should never retire, carry on working as long as physical possible

There’s nothing quite like the pure joy of riding a mountain bike through a forest. The crisp air, the earthy scent of the trees, and the thrill of the trail combine to create an unmatched sense of freedom. As you weave between towering trunks and feel the crunch of the path beneath your tires, the world fades away, leaving only the rhythm of your movement and the beauty of nature. It’s a moment of pure happiness, where every twist and turn feels like a celebration of being alive.

Walking in the forest with my doggo!! A sunrise… a big beautiful full moon with stars surrounding its glow. A dance party in my kitchen to my favourite tunes!! The wee glimmers of life, remembering to embrace them.

For me it’s definitely spending time with family and friends. And I’ve officially become a nerd doing DnD every week with some friends. Nice escape reality. 🤣
