Cycling out in the countryside, feeling the wind in my face as I'm cycle.

It gives me a sense of freedom and total contentment.

What makes me happy? Being snuggled up on the couch with my favourite book or audio book.

My family, friends, my beautiful, crazy Labrador, a jolly good belly laugh, a ridiculously fattening home made iced Bakewell tart, the smell of coconut, cosying up in front of the fire wearing thick woolly socks, the car starting, not losing my 1000th umbrella (or my sanity), managing not to kill the plants, whenever I actually arrive on time for something, oh, and getting rid of wrinkles!!!

Love a family meal out, no cooking  or washing up and just the best company I could ask for my husband and our two children.

Health is wealth and I have learnt this a lot through my personal life and career!

As much as I love going to the gym to keep a healthy mind, walking my dog, making memories with my family. Holidays, weekends away etc, we're all quick to be down when we have a bad run in life.

When I have a bad day I just remind myself health is wealth, someone out there is having a worse day than me so keep smiling and be grateful because I'm lucky, so my life as a whole is my answer I'm happy.

Blue Monday can feel tough, but it's the perfect time to focus on little things that can brighten your day! Try taking a moment to step outside and soak up some fresh air, even if it's just for a few minutes. Listening to your favorite upbeat playlist can also work wonders, lifting your spirits and energizing you. Don't forget to treat yourself to something you love, whether it's a warm drink, a good book, or a cozy movie night. Remember, it's okay to acknowledge how you feel, but also embrace the small joys that can turn your mood around!

Seeing those I care about happy and healthy and making them feel loved and appreciated. If they have a smile on their face my work is done.
