I am waiting for an operation on my knee which is so painful I can’t walk far so I like to go out on my motorcycle for a ride.

Getting the all clear from a possible cancer diagnosis recently. Having a bone marrow biopsy, was the most horrendous ordeal of my life, but the result was nothing wrong. I was so relieved and overjoyed. It felt like beginning life again. Now I cherish every little thing, my husband's love and support, a day trip to the seaside, enjoying my favourite dinner. Life is so precious and fragile. Enjoy and appreciate every single second. We are not promised tomorrow. XXX

That’s the spirit. I love your positive outlook.

I used to think money bought happiness but discovered it wasn’t the case. Now the things that make me happier is the smile on a strangers face when I say hello. The laughter of people sharing a story, the sound of the squeals of joy from the primary school playground. Nothing material is as good as a lovingly cooked meal, or an unexpected hug. The most priceless things in our worlds, are right under our noses.❤️💙

Cheers to Gratitude! It let’s us hang on to the positive for longer, celebrate the good in our lives.
