I’d buy my first home closer to work, a property in Spain in my partners hometown, save the rest and set aside some money for a new phone courtesy from yourselves at ID mobile.

Pay off debts

A house for my family as currently in small 2 bed flat and possibly a small holiday house/ flat near my parent's

Driving lessons.

Donate to a children's disability charity

And investing in starting a business as both me and my partner would love to start our own business either a soft play, a food truck - my partner's a chef or invest in some property.

I would buy my mum a new flat and small cottage with a garden for myself. I would definitely secure myself for retirement investing part of the money. Other than that I would travel the world, I finally could go everywhere I always wanted. That's my dream 😀

Start the rest of my life. I have a book to publish, a charity connection.

I would help everyone that has made me the soul I am today.

I am excited for tomorrow regardless of money.

Big love. LJBS

I’d spend £2m on a couple of properties :)

Nothing original I’m afraid:

  1.  Pay off my kids’ mortgages
  2. Buy them all a new electric car to start them off. Me too!
  3. Bring my house completely up to scratch - repair and decorate and landscape throughout, making it totally future-proofed for my older age (I don’t want to move).
  4. Go with my youngest and his family to Romania to visit his mother-in-law - his wife’s Mum.
  5. Make a donation to my local cricket club (£10,000) and to my old school in the name of all leavers from 1974 as we have just had a reunion after 50 years.
  6. And if there’s any left - travel (with my friend) to places I wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford - particularly to India, in place of the holiday that got cancelled a week before departing as Covid had broken.

Thank you!

Pay off my children’s mortgages.
Create memories for my grandchildren of my husband, their Grandpa, who has dementia, involving experiences and visits.

Create a trust to ensure my husband’s care when I am no longer able to care for him.

Support local charities that do not have a high profile, but fulfil local needs.

Keep a nest egg to help my grandchildren with university costs.

I would buy myself a home to retire in and make sure my adult children had the homes they need with no mortgage. I would invest a lump sum for my grandchildren and for myself and have at least one holiday abroad per year for as long as possible. I would retire early - only 5 years left and I would also donate a lump sum to some of my favourite charities - Age Uk, NDCS, Barnardos and Cancer Research Uk. I might even do some voluntary work.
