2025 had many achievements for me, including starting a new job and my youngest settling well in primary 1 in her school despite really bad anxiety. Overall just proud of my little family team and how we pulled together through several tough things over the year 🥰

My proudest moment in 2025 was I successfully reduced my business to a more manageable size, whilst keeping my customer base informed and unburdened.  It meant helping someone new open a similar business for themselves and ensuring all the service needs of my customers were met and will be met going forwards. Parts of the business are 24/7, so this change was very stressful.  But it is satisfying to have completed it smoothly. So I took all of December off for a well earned holiday.

For me was to see my family going strong and see my kiddo growing in this awesome little happy and crazy small human .

Getting back on my feet a lot quicker than expected after an operation that went wrong, so in doing so I proved the doctors wrong.

My happiest moment was seeing how happy my spaniel was when we got him working. Folowing a serious injury he sustained in February where it was touch and go, we're moving into 2026 with him in full health and full of life. Grateful to see him loving life again.

My proudest achievement has been supporting my 8 year old son through autistic burnout. It has been the most challenging year of my life and we are far from being out of the woods but we are still standing and fighting and taking it one day at a time 💪

My happiest moment this year was the day my boyfriend of two years asked me to spend my life with him, a moment that felt both surreal and perfectly right. The joy of saying yes was followed by a deeper, steadier happiness as we began planning our future together—dreaming, mapping, and imagining a new life waiting for us in Australia. It wasn’t just about the ring or the celebration, but about the quiet certainty that we were choosing each other and choosing a shared adventure. Thinking about building a home, new routines, and new memories on the other side of the world filled me with excitement and gratitude, making this year unforgettable in the most meaningful way.

My proudest moments of 2025 have been watching my daughter blossom into a little social butterfly and seeing the friendships she's developed already at such a young age. 💙

Proudest moment was when my 93 year old mum addressed a local school assembly to explain to the gathered assembly how as a child during WW2 she was evacuated on a train with a luggage label round her neck to a farm outside Edinburgh and explained about rationing and that sweets where few and far between all listened to by the children in complete silence.

My proudest and happiest moment was travelling to Antarctica with work. We were one of the furthest south people on earth that day.

After 9 years of tests I was finally discharged and cleared of Cancer. I also celebrated 50 years of marriage and sold my house after 50 years. Starting a new life at 71 years young. Glad to be alive.

Three months after having a stroke while at the gym I was able to return (cautiously!) to exercising there in June and that was a great step forward which made me feel both happy and proud! These days I definitely don’t take good health for granted.

I think probably just feeling like I'm being a good friend for friends who are going horrible time at the moment. I've had some shitty times too this year and could have done with their support but because they're unable to give it at the moment due to their situation, I've muddled through and tried to still be there for them.

My proudest moment of 2025

Navigating bereavement and significant health challenges, and overcoming agoraphobia to return to work, regain independence, and begin travelling and driving again. Progress hasn’t been linear, but it has been hard & I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come.

My proudest achievement of 2025 is I have won my case at the High court relating to my children who were wrongfully retained by their mother in a foreign country whilst they have their habitual residence in this jurisdiction as I had custody over them, and I won this case most recently 2 weeks ago after a lenghty and costly proceedings in which the judge ruled that my children need to be returned to this jurisdiction in their best interests and were made ward of the court until their return.
