2025 has been a milestone year for iD Mobile. We turned 10, launched a perk-packed loyalty scheme, upgraded roaming for global travellers, welcomed even more new customers, and saw our iD Community grow bigger than ever.
It’s been one of those years where lots of things clicked into place - and where being an iD Mobile customer came with more value than ever before. Celebrating 10 years of iD Mobile and over 2 million customers.
This year marked a huge moment for us: iD Mobile officially celebrated its 10th anniversary. A decade of flexible plans, smart features, and no-nonsense value - something we’re really proud of. And to celebrate the milestone, we launched something new for customers - iD Perks.
iD Perks is our loyalty platform packed with exclusive discounts and special deals from brands like Disney, Booking.com and Morrisons. It’s built to make everyday life a little easier - whether you’re booking a trip, planning a family day out, or just treating yourself.
As if turning 10 wasn’t enough, we also passed another major milestone: over 2 million customers now choose iD Mobile. That growth is powered by the features you tell us matter most, like Data Rollover, bill capping, inclusive roaming.

2025 also brought recognition from some trusted names. iD Mobile was awarded Best Value Network by Trusted Reviews, spotlighting our focus on great prices without ever compromising on quality.
Our SIM Only plans also continued their strong award run, being recognised by Which? for the third year in a row, and the seventh time overall. It’s always encouraging to see our commitment to value reflected in awards, but it’s even better knowing those wins reflect what customers look for every day - simple, affordable, reliable mobile plans.
Roam Beyond add-ons: travel just got easier.
For people who travel outside Europe or head further afield for work or holidays, this was a standout update. In 2025 we launched Roam Beyond, a new way to stay connected when travelling in destinations outside our 50 Roam Free countries.
With Roam Beyond, customers can now buy data-only add-ons for popular global destinations including the USA, India, Australia and more. They’re flexible too. You can choose 1-day, 5-day or 10-day passes, with prices starting at just £5. Whether you’re planning a big adventure or a quick getaway, using your data abroad with iD Mobile is hassle-free and easy to manage.
The iD Community hits 150,000+ members.
One of the most exciting milestones this year was driven by you, as the iD Mobile Community grew past 150,000 members, making it one of the most active and supportive mobile communities in the UK.
The Community has become a go-to space for advice, tips, updates and friendly chat. It’s where people help each other solve problems, share their knowledge, ask questions and join in with competitions and discussions. This year’s growth shows just how much customers value having a space that’s more than just support. It’s a real community with personality and enthusiasm.
Major phone launches: the year’s biggest tech drops.
And of course, 2025 was packed with new phone launches from all the major players, giving customers even more choice when it comes to upgrading.
- iPhone 17 series
Apple delivered bigger displays, smooth 120Hz ProMotion screens, upgraded cameras and new Apple Intelligence features, making the iPhone 17 lineup one of its most powerful and polished yet.
- Samsung Galaxy S25 range
Samsung raised the bar again with stunning AMOLED displays, enhanced cameras and a suite of AI-powered tools to boost creativity, productivity and everyday usage.
- Google Pixel 10 series
Google introduced the Tensor G5 chip, Gemini AI smarts and pro-level photography tools, making the Pixel 10 range perfect for creatives and Android fans wanting something fast, intuitive and camera-ready.

- Tracking your data, minutes and texts.
- Setting bill caps and controls for spending.
- Enabling or disabling roaming, premium calls, and other services.
- Viewing and managing your allowances, bills and add-ons.
It’s all about making it easier to stay in control, whenever and wherever you like.
Wrapping up an eventful year.
As we wrap up 2025, it’s clear we’ve got a lot to be proud about – expanding how you roam, growing the iD Community, improving the app, and supporting the latest phone launches with great value deals. - The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 15th January 2026. One prize will be awarded:

- This promotion is open to all UK residents aged over 18 years (except for employees and their families of the Promoter and their group of companies, agents (including affiliates), suppliers and anyone connected with this promotion).
- Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.
- The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
