At iD Mobile, we believe everyone that uses our network should be able to access the help they need, all year round, including Christmas and New Year. So, we’ve put together a quick update on our Delivery, Switching and Customer Service over Christmas and New Years. Here’s what you need to know:

 

Delivery over Christmas and New Years.

 

 

If you order a Phone or an Accessory, it will be delivered by DPD. Our delivery times will be a bit different over the festive season. Check the schedule below to make sure your order arrives in time for the celebrations!

If you order a SIM Only or a replacement SIM, it will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked Service.

To get your deal before Christmas, order your SIM Only deal by Friday 19th December.

Switching over Christmas and New Years.

 

If you’re planning to make the switch to iD Mobile over Christmas and New Years, it may take a little longer than usual to complete the process. But don’t worry!

You won’t need to hold off on using your new iD Mobile plan until the switching process is complete, either. You’ll still be able to use your new plan, it’ll just take slightly longer to disconnect your old one.

Here’s a breakdown of when you can expect your switch to complete, depending on the day you gave us your PAC or STAC:
