My favorite holiday was just a few months ago in Antigua in the carribean! The weather was scorching, the rum was flowing - however I hardly got any pictures because I couldn't see the phone screen (not from the rum) because it was so bright. A pair of meta ray bans would have helped with that 😂

We went to New Zealand for three and a half weeks over Christmas and New Year. The only place where I actually thought "I could live here". The sights and scenery are fantastic; the wildlife amazing; the food and drink brilliant. Most of all, the people - the Kiwis are great people. Friendly, optimistic and so proud of their country. The sad thing is that it's probably like this because it's so far away and arduous to get to. Would love to save up the pennies and go back.

Estepona in Spain birthplace of Picasso and an amazing place to take the family. Truly first class accommodation and not expensive especially in Easter holidays. 🏝️

I'm currently on holiday in Devon at the moment, watching the most beautiful sunsets and making lots of memories with family. So I'd have to say this is my favourite holiday! (Although I'm trying to convince my Fiancé that going to Orlando would be a great idea, to do all the theme parks over there - a great opportunity to use the Roam Beyond Add-on and also the Ray Ban Meta Sunglasses to capture all the memories)

First ever holiday abroad was 2014 gran canaria better than expected and a eye-opener for sure

Our good friends and neighbours moved to Australia 35 years previously and for my wife’s 60th birthday I secretly contacted them, arranged flights and visited them on a 3 week holiday. It was fantastic to catch up after such a long time and we ‘picked up’ as though we had seen each other the day before.

I’ve only been abroad six times, and I’m an OAP now, but my favourite place to visit has always been Harlech in Wales. I feel like I may have lived there in a past life as I feel so connected to it. So Dubai, Florida, Majorca and the rest, were no match for my spiritual home!

New York in 2024, I was offered the chance to go with friends who had been before and got to see the sights including the 4th July Fireworks

One of my most unforgettable holidays was a multi-destination trip to Dubai, Turkey, and Paris—and my phone played a huge role in making it both amazing and affordable!

In Dubai, I used travel apps to find discounted tickets for top attractions like the Burj Khalifa and desert safaris. I even scored a great hotel deal through a last-minute booking app and used Google Maps to find hidden gem restaurants with excellent reviews.

Next, in Turkey, I explored Istanbul and Cappadocia. My phone helped me book cheap internal flights and find local tours at better prices than I would’ve got in person. I also used translation apps to communicate with locals and currency converters to stay on top of my spending.

Finally, in Paris, I saved big with a mobile city pass that gave me discounted or free access to museums and public transport. I used navigation apps constantly to get around the Metro and discover neighborhoods off the beaten path. Plus, having digital tickets for the Eiffel Tower and Louvre meant no long queues!

Using my phone smartly turned an expensive dream holiday into an affordable and well-organized adventure

The Norwegian fjords are sensational. Ive been twice and could easily go again. Hiking to the top of Pulpit Rock in Stavanger, and getting the cable car in Loen give stunning views that look like paintings.

We visited Tuscany about 10 years ago with our young son and family friends. We stayed in a villa up a steep mountain road, where we heard and saw wild boars. It was a lovely holiday where we got to visit Pisa, Luca and Florence - and the gelato was delicious.

Lucky to have had some amazing trips. The one that immediately springs to mind was to Sabah in a Malaysian Borneo. It was primarily to visit the orangutan rehabilitation centre but also saw turtles laying eggs and hatching, sun bears, Bornean pigmy elephants and climbed Kota Kinabalu. A beautiful place that I'd recommend to anyone with an interest in nature.

Cruise from Seattle to Australia and New Zealand in  October 2022 stopping at numerous Pacific islands. Ours was the first Cruise ship to visit many of these islands after COVID restrictions were starting to lift and islanders were so happy and welcoming to see us.

A group of school freinds rented a cottage in Newlyn Cornwall right after we finished our A Levels. Great comradery, fantastic sight seeing adventures, amazing restaurants and sea food, the feeling of freedon after the stress of the exams. Lifetime memories created everyday. My only regret is I didn’t take enough photos as it was film in those days.

Our first time in Rhodes on 2021, a beautiful historic city with plenty of places to eat and drink. Add to that a full week of temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees celsius.

We wandered around soaking up history and fantastic views

Turkey 2024, family holiday. Every minute was absolutely amazing. Thank you Turkey

We've just been to Vietnam and it was amazing. We stayed in 3 locations, Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. Everyone was totally different but the one thing that wasn't different were the very friendly people.

Denang was a beach resort whereas the other 2 were City life but all were fantastic and from Denang about a 30 min taxi ride is Hoi An which is a very beautiful village which was truly great, were gonna spend a few days there next time.

So were booking again for next year and I recommend it to anyone, oh did I mention its cheap out there too, bonus
