Here at iD Mobile, we've bagged some pretty big awards! Uswitch, Which? and other top industry names have crowned us winners in a whole host of tough categories. Now, we know us Brits aren’t ones to brag, but here’s a full rundown of all the awards we’ve scooped up so far. If you're looking for a reason to switch to iD Mobile, this might just be it…

Uswitch.

The folks over at Uswitch didn’t just give us one award, oh no. They gave us two! I guess you could say that we’re twice as good as everyone else. What makes it even better though, is that both were voted for by you, the public.

First up was the ‘Best Network for Data’. We like to think that we offer pretty generous mobile data caps (that also don’t cost an arm and a leg), and it seems like you lot agreed. Apparently, our free EU roaming was a big plus for us too.

Hot on its heels was the ‘Best Handset Contract Value for Money’ award. We’re all cutting back a bit at the moment with the cost-of-living crisis, so it’s super important for us to give you the best value deals we can. And with the best handset contract for money (with more competitive deals that are tough to beat on price) we’ve done exactly that.

Which?

You’ve definitely heard of Which? These guys look at everything from washing machines and cars, to airlines and energy suppliers – comparing them all to help you make the best decision. And of course, the same goes for phone networks. Our SIM only plans have received a Which? Great Value endorsement for the second year in a row.

Ookla Speedtest Awards.

If you didn’t know it already, we’re powered by Three – the UK’s fastest 5G network. Don’t just take our word for it though, the numbers don’t lie. The Ookla Speedtest awards look at loads of mobile providers side by side to see whose coverage is the fastest. And when it comes to 5G speeds, nobody can keep up with us.

For us to snag the ‘Fastest 5G Mobile Network’, Three hit a Speed Score of 224.60. Add to that median download speeds of 255.23 Mbps and a median upload of speed of around 14.47 Mbps, and you’ve got one lightning quick phone. There’s none of that annoying Netflix buffering here. Or sluggish downloads when you want to listen to the latest episode of your favourite podcast.

Still not sure why tons of customers choose iD Mobile? How about the great service (we’re talking 99% UK coverage), fantastic features – like data roaming, data rollover and 5G as standard on all our plans – and top deals on the latest phones and SIM Only deals. Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
