Don’t try to do too much in one go - little and often makes the job more rewarding, especially as you get older

Best cleaning tip for getting stains out of white cups is pour a small layer of table salt into the cup then use a hard edged sponge to get the tea/coffee stains out, allowing the gritty salt to work it's way into, and remove, the stains.

Focus on one small area each day so it isn't overwhelming, E.g. One draw, one cupboard, one corner rather than the whole room. You will feel proud of yourself and it will motivate you to do another each day.

bicarbonate of soda with either vinegar or lemon will get most stains out

Don't overface yourself and try to do the whole house in one day or weekend.

Aim to do just one room in one day.

Or a large room, maybe the Kitchen, over a weekend (good excuse for double take aways 😍)

But remember to still enjoy your weekend, all work and no play is no fun for anyone!
