One of the best chocolates I’ve had and I think it’s definitely my favourite is a chocolate from a Thorntons selection box. I don’t remember the exact name but it was three different types of chocolate, white, milk and dark. Every time I think of chocolate I go back to my first time of trying it and remember how amazing it tasted. It’s been hard finding this certain chocolate but the taste has never left my mouth.

Chocolate is my favourite food even at 63 years old......

The Darker the better - at least 80% cocoa.

And with a little hint of something - chilli, sea salt or something a bit different like cardamom.
