Leisure Suit Larry. More thought required than dexterity. Clever cryptic clues and Larry was so cool!

Chrono Trigger, is an absolutely epic RPG for the Super Nintendo released in 1995 by Square. It’s still ranked as the best RPG of all time. It's such a cult classic that they released the soundtrack on vinyl earlier this year (2026). The game involves time travel, so you will visit some of the same locations across a multitude of timelines, including prehistoric and post-apocalyptic ones, collect items and characters from different timelines, and affect future timelines by going back in time. These are some of the game's memorable and unique features. I’d still recommend playing now, even though it's 31 years old!

So many hours in GTA 5 over the years so either that, or RDR2, the story is unmatched.

My favourite video game - and my first when I was 70 years old - is Animal Crossing New Horizons.  Very addictive!

Would have to be the original Quake running the Quake World TeamFortress modification. Spent far too much time playing that back in the day, when it was so complicated to get setup (compared to these days) it kept away almost all the cheaters and trolls.

Resident Evil (1996)

I've played it that much that I can recite the opening cinematic word for word, cheesy delivery and all!

My favourite game of all time has to be Minecraft because no matter how many years have gone by I always find myself returning to play it

My favourite game of all time has to be Persona 3. I’ve loved all versions of the game, including P3FES, P3R as of recent. I’ve been a fan since I was 13, and ten years later I’m still a massive fan and find enjoyment in it.

My favourite game has to be oddworlds Abe's oddesey, an amazing puzzle game that I still struggle with over 20 years of playing it.

Would love to see this on the ps5 as I bought the remake!

It’s got to be FIFA from 2005 to it’s current latest FIFA game, the amount of game modes have evolved, especially graphics and players looking almost like each other has been a great way of how far the game has come and it continues to do so well still to this day.

Forza horizon (currently on version 5) which is great, unfortunately 6 won't play on my aging Xbox 1, so this is where your competition comes in, would love to win an Xbox series X

For me it has to be Lords of Midnight on the old Sinclair Spectrum. Took forever to load but was a massive world to explore and fight battles and campaigns in. Never tired of it.

My favourite game of all time, Gran Turismo. The OG is racing sim games. It's because of that game alone, I became the petrol head I am today. Plus I also spent about half of my teenage years playing it. Such good times!
