There once was a cook full of zeal,

Who wanted to win ID's Ninja Woodfire Pro deal,

For succulent steak,

And juicy fat prawns to make,

They'd grill up a surf n turf meal!

Grilled halloumi! The perfect side to the inevitable variety of meats. Sorry for the cheesy answer!

Ripe bananas wrapped in tin foil put on the dying embers of the barbecue. When charred, unwrap the foil, peel the banana and add some ice cream - yummy!

It has to be a thick rib eye steak, marinated and flash grilled.

Even better on a ninja wood fire grill.

My favourite food to bring to a summer barbecue is definitely cajun chicken thighs to eat with a salad or to be made into fajitas! :)

Bringing food, hmm. I’ve not taken food to a bbq for a while. I normally play chef and provide all the food and my mates return the favour when at theirs. That said a nice slab of quality steak is great, something special that you don’t have often like a large t bone. Soaked in butter before hand and salted after cooking. Perfection.
