I don't eat meat, so fish aplenty for me.  Prawns and salmon are my favs but some grilled vegetable skewers are great, particularly red onion, peppers and courgette.

Austrian Kaesekrainer (lovely sausages stuffed with cheese). Trust me. Vegetarians aside, they always deliver and considering how hard they are to get in the UK, always a special treat. Even for a NInja.

For me it's my homemade quarter pounders, nothing beats a homemade burger. Made with 20% fat ground beef to seal the flavour, salt, pepper, chopped onions, new seasoning and pressed and left overnight! Someone some added zing depending on the diners! BBQ'd to a slight pink centre and toasted buns (on the grill) with some tomato and relish to finish

Always bring desserts and cream, everyone loves a sweet treat after a juicy burger and sausage.

It has to be sausages, very simple to cook on a barbecue and they taste great, especially a Cumberland sausage, absolutely love them

My favourite thing to bring to a summer barbecue would probably be some spicy Korean-style chicken wings or sticky BBQ ribs. I love food with big flavours, so anything marinated with chilli, garlic, and smoky spices always goes down well. It’s a bit different from the usual burgers and sausages

Massive skewers, multiple meats with onion , peppers & tomato variety is the spice of a barbecue.

Chicken is a BBQ essential because it can take on so many different flavours and rubs, making every cookout a chance to create something unique. Whether you fancy smoky, spicy, sweet, or sticky, chicken is the perfect base for experimenting with marinades and seasonings to suit everyone's taste.

It also works brilliantly with other ingredients, so you can easily mix things up by adding mushrooms, peppers, onions, and other vegetables to create tasty skewers and colourful dishes. With so many combinations to try, chicken keeps your BBQ exciting and gives everyone something they'll enjoy.
