Nothing says summer to me like juicy burgers sizzling on the BBQ, with sweet corn on the cob and colourful kebabs cooking alongside. The smell instantly reminds me of long sunny evenings, laughter with family and friends, and making memories in the garden. Add a fresh homemade salad and a big bowl of strawberries for dessert, and that's my perfect summer barbecue!

Flat iron

Ice cold coleslaw, it cools me down and and its a nice contrast to freshly cooked and hot bbq food!

Vegetable kebabs, with peppers, tomatoes, cooked potatoes, carrot, can mix it up with your favourite veg. Pop halloumi in if feel like it, but the beauty of these are they can be eaten by most diets, healthy add on and quite cheap to do. (Burgers are a favourite of mine but the above is my favourite to bring to a summer BBQ)

Some nice juicy ribs with a sticky sweet sauce and a crunchy coleslaw on the side.

Mango and chilli chicken. Sweet and spicy. Either as mini fillets on their own or diced up on skewers with peppers and courgettes

Classic Double Stacked Smash Burger, layered with 3 slices of Mexican cheese, Gherkin, little bit of lettuce, jalapeños, small bit of chilli and hot sauce (cheese melted on burgers while on bbq) on proper toasted bun

I love a tangy and warming chipotle slaw. Red onion, recabbage, red pepper all shredded with a dollop of chipotle paste and majo. Awesome in a burger or as side to ribs, chicken wings or pretty much anything!

Rich pork belly with skin on, salt, pepper and paprika, slices of  red onion, and Turkish peppers. This combination on BBQ has lots of healthy  proteine and fibre. You can't stop eating.

"A huge watermelon. Not cut up or anything—just one massive, unwieldy watermelon that I hand directly to the host with zero explanation. Good luck with that, Karen." 🤣

Well obviously with a  NINJA Woodfire Pro Connect XL it would be to smoke a Beef Brisket, the king of BBQ meats, low and slow Texas style!
