My favourite thing to bring to a summer barbeque is a Cheese Board 3-Tier Cake.  It looks like a gorgeous summer pudding wedding cake but actually made of different cheeses, along with cranberries, grapes and tomatoes piled in-between the cheeses.  This is a great addition to take to a BBQ because the host has generally already got all the essentials sorted: the chicken is prepped, the burgers are bought… but with an assortment of different cheeses to compliment those items, it really works well and often overlooked.   People can hack off a piece of blue cheese to add to their steak sizzing on the grill plate, or choose a smoked cheese to compliment their burger.   The softer cheeses work well tossed into a salad and we’ve even been able to bake a camembert cheese on the grill plate as a BBQ reaches temperature.   Great for dipping in hunks of white bread whilst waiting for the main course to cook.

I’d love to win this Ninja BBQ.  For years I’ve worked with my small Cadac BBQ but it’s wobbly on its feet and I always worry it will topple over.  With the Ninja Grill and Smoker, this would be so much more professional looking and we’d be able to do much more entertaining outside.

Can’t beat the basics so chicken, ribs, sausage, and burgers. And with a fancy smoker to cook it all, I’m sure it will be a great feast for my family 😁

Chicken breast fillets,, Cumberland sausages and corn on te cob.

I love BBQ food and I would so love to win this beautiful baby! I am bbq babyless at the moment (moved recently and the old boy (the BBQ to be clear, not my husband) had seen better days so had to send him to become something else. (All hail the Metalman).

My friend has one and we all just love it! Will join my Ninja family (I mean the kitchen kind not the karate kid kind!)

I can make everything on the bbq, from bread, cakes to roasts and everything in between. I actually can’t believe I am bbq babyless!

There are just so many options, don’t know where to begin: my favourites: fish parcels: wrap prawns, cod/hake, salmon with cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, garlic, herbs and olive oil in foil and bake on the BBQ for 15-20 minutes. At the same time, put your beef kebabs on the grill - cubes of beef (whatever is the best you can afford) which have been marinating overnight in olive oil, fresh sliced chillies, dash of vinegar or lemon juice and loads of garlic (add peppers, mushrooms or anything else you fancy), plus your prebaked potatoes slit in a cross with butter, herbs, cheese, bbq sauce, bacon - whatever floats your boat, wrapped in foil, to warm through whilst the rest cooks. Serve with the most epic coleslaw (make your own, add carrot, red and purple cabbage, all shredded, a little bit of finely chopped onion (and some red pepper if you want to get more adventurous!), dried cranberries, salt, pepper, mayo and dot of mustard, serve with a fresh green leaf salad and fresh bread. All super quick to make, all ready at the same time and utterly delicious!

I think I got a little bit carried away, I take either fish parcels, prawn skewers and a freshly made loaf of bread (I have a breadmaker, I am not superwoman!) with a chilli dipping sauce.
