My new years resolution is to run at least 2 events this year - we've started on the Couch to 5K app and can now steadily run for 5minutes which I've probably never attempted since leaving school!

Honestly, I just want to lose weight. I'm tired of being a sizeable budget block of ham.

To spend less time on social media, and more time connecting with family members or making arrangements to go on days out! Phones are for connections, and talking, not doom scrolling and watching videos that make no sense!

My new years resolution is to not have a new years resolution. I will instead make a few tiny changes to my eating habits (fasting window and alcohol free days) and exercise habits (10 squats every time I go to the loo) and do these going forward. Small and achievable that will hopefully compound over the year.

My New Year's resolution is to finally run a 5K without stopping. I've started the Couch to 5K app and I'm determined to stick with it this time!

My new year resolution is

1. Become a better version of yourself

Every day I try something new — talking challenge, new topics, new learning. I want personal development.

  1. Showing up for myself more. I want to build my confidence, visibility and consistency.
