My New Year’s resolution is to slow down and build consistency instead of chasing perfection.
I want to take better care of my health, manage stress more kindly, and focus on steady progress in my work and personal life.

Ironically, to step away from tech habits and back towards connecting one-on-one with people, life moves ever faster, people grow older, and I need to not lose touch and rekindle the good stuff. It’s simple. And it’s tied in with running, with a plan already half made for an Ultra this summer - and so this can be a huge benefit! 😊🏃
