My New Year’s resolution is to quit smoking and to be in the gym at least 3 days a week.

  5. Stop letting my ex wife trigger me

My resolution is to host a friends night, every 3rd Saturday of the month. It’s where I’ll host a themed evening each month at my home for my friends. 

I have the whole year planned already. Some examples? January we’re making vision/aspiration/bingo boards for the year. August is cocktail/mocktail making. October is obviously pumpkin carving and horror films! 
 

Regular quality time with the people I care about is a great resolution I think :)

(I’d love this massage gun too as I’m a regular gym goer, perhaps one of the friends nights we could all have a go haha)
