Trying to Reset Password but OTP Emails just do not come through.


Any way someone can help me with this?

My otp email is not coming through. I’ve checked the junk/spam still not there. I’ve gone back and done resend and still not coming through yet I am having other emails off ID

Have you tried a different email address?

I’m having the exact same issue

I changed my email so the app logged me out and then the old password wouldn’t work for the new email despite not being asked to change it at all

Then I tried resetting the password but the one time code emails for this don’t come through, yet I still receive other emails from ID

Yes I’ve also tried this through the app and online 

 

Please can you sort this quickly as I really need to change by plan online
