I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble calling 0300 numbers.

Calls to 0300 numbers are treated in the same way as standard UK 01, 02 and 03 numbers, so if you have inclusive minutes remaining, the call should normally go through without an additional charge.

Please try the following:

1. Restart your phone.
2. Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
3. Check that you’re able to call other standard UK numbers.
4. Perform a network settings reset and restart the handset.
5. If your Bill Cap is currently set to £0, try increasing it slightly and then attempt the call again to see if this makes any difference.
