Question

2 contracts, 1 unactivated, payments

Hi, bit of a confusing one. I started a new contract for my partner with an unlocked phone and new data plan. The plan was for her to have the phone but keep her existing data plan, and for me to switch my plan to this new one. I realised I couldn’t switch from a mobile id contract to a mobile id contract and quite frankly forgot about doing it but have been paying both off- or I was until I received an email saying I have not paid (my bank says otherwise). So this new data plan/ sim hasn’t been activated yet, I need to switch the number using the triangle method. I’m at a loss any help please. I can’t log in and see this plan at all and I can’t add it as I haven’t activated the sim as I want to switch the number over. It’s now saying suspended due to payment.

Hi @Jame2005 ,

Thank you for reaching out we understand this situation is confusing, and we’re here to help get everything sorted for you.

From what you’ve explained, it sounds like you’ve taken out a new plan that hasn’t yet been activated, and you’d like to transfer your existing number across (using a number transfer/PAC process), but you’re currently unable to access the account and have also received a suspension notice despite payments appearing to have been made.

To get this resolved, we’ll need to review your account and confirm a few details with you. Please send a message to our iD Support team, and this’ll be picked up by them shortly: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/members/id-support-28777

Thanks.
