Shame 2 contacts in the app won't work I can only use one

When I ring for help I get different agents either many answers but no help

  • Are you experiencing the same issue when logging in via the website, or is it only happening on the app?
  • What is the make and model of your handset?

  • Ensure both numbers are fully registered under the same account details (name must match)
