Hello,

I am the account holder of two iD Mobile contracts with the numbers 07xxx1 (older contract, from 2021) and 07xxx2 (newer contract).

I would like to:

Keep my number 07xxx1 and transfer it onto my newer contract (currently linked to 07xxx2).
Close the number 07xxx2once the transfer is completed.

Please confirm if this transfer of number between contracts is possible and let me know if there are any early termination charges for closing 07xxx2.

Hi @Bebi,

Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately you can’t move an iD Mobile number from one account to another as we don’t support internal number ports.

You can however look into a triangle port or return the new contract if you are within the returns period and upgrade the old number.
