I have 3 months free apple with my contract however I can not redeem it in Apple TV. 

 

Can you send me a code or link that will work.

    Hi ​@Jane8 ,

     

    To redeem your 3 months free Apple TV+ with your ID Mobile contract, you’ll need to do it directly through Apple. Please follow these steps:

    Open the Apple TV app on your device.

    Go to Account → Redeem Subscription.

    Sign in with your Apple ID.

    Enter the promo code sent to your registered email (or follow the link provided in your ID Mobile welcome email).

    If you haven’t received the code, please check your email inbox and spam folder. You can also visit Apple’s official redemption page here: Apple TV+ Offer

    Yes I've tried the link in my email but it just says 

     

    UID missing or incorrect
