£40 giftcloud voucher not sent

Hi,

I have ordered the google pixel 10a bac in march on idmobile via carphone warehouse on the basis of getting the above voucher.  Despite beign told it would be recieved within 60 days and then 5 days when chasign it up a couple of weeks ago i still have nothing. The reviews of them suggest im unlikely to get it. Can anyone help?

If your order was placed in March, more than 120 days may not yet have elapsed since the purchase date, depending on the exact date the order was completed. The voucher is issued through Gift Cloud and is not managed directly by iD Mobile.

 

Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your junk and spam folders, for any emails relating to the promotion.

 

If 120 days have already elapsed since your purchase date and you have still not received the voucher email, please contact Gift Cloud directly at hello@giftcloud.com. When contacting them, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used when applying for the promotion

Gift Cloud will liaise with Amazon and provide an update regarding the status of the voucher.

That's not what their initial communication email and link says:

 

"Your purchase is pending.

 

This page will update once it has been confirmed or declined by your provider, which will take at least 60 days.

Why are you suggesting 120 days?

In some cases, customers may receive confirmation earlier (from around 60 days), however certain vouchers are only issued once the full validation period has been completed, which can extend up to 120 days depending on the promotion terms.

 

If your confirmation email states your purchase is still pending, this means it is still within the validation process and you should receive an update once it has been confirmed or declined.

 

If you believe there is a delay beyond the expected timeframe shown in your specific email, please contact Gift Cloud directly at hello@giftcloud.com, as they manage the voucher issuing process and will be able to provide an accurate update on your order.
