4g slow in northern ireland

Past 3 or 4 days across Belfast, carrickfergus, mallusk in Northern Ireland I’ve found mobile service to be very slow not being able to load most things

    Hi ​@Adam2308,

     

    I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with your signal. 

     

    When roaming there, make sure that you are connected to the correct roaming partners, this should be either Three or 3 IRL. It may also be worth it to try some network reset steps. Please try the below steps depending on the type of device you have. 

     

    Android:

    Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

     

    iPhone:

    1. Go to General, scroll down and click reset or transfer iPhone.
    2. Reset
    3. Reset Network Settings.
    4. Once the iPhone is open.
    5. Go to Settings
    6. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
    7.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified.
