£50 currys voucher invalid

Hello i upgraded my phone sim in April and an offer was on and IID mobile said would receive a £50 curry voucher which I did. However 5 months later when I want to redeem it it is invalid..so I tried to use it online and then travelled to the store! Still invalid so I have called ID mobile 3 times and they keep promising me a call back or an email and nothing as yet so I am very disappointed
