Hi, I received this offer directly from iD Mobile by email. The offer is £6 per month for 25GB, unlimited minutes and texts, on a 30-day rolling plan.

I am an existing iD Mobile customer and would like to take advantage of this offer on my existing account and keep my current number.

The offer is not showing when I select “Change my plan” in my account. Could you please apply the offer to my existing account?
