@Jessica12  Hello without knowing how and when your bill is set and any using outside of your plan allowances its difficult to answer.

Are you a new custom on IDMobile?

Did you actually paid extra in advance for a reason?

If you're a new customer it may be you've paid in advance as we all do one month and part payment due to your billing date and direct debit being taken from your account.

    Hi @Jessica12

Thank you so much for the above. Please note if you added credit to the account voluntary on the account, I can confirm that you would be covering your future bills as well.

    Hi @Jessica12

In order to confirm this, we would need to have access to your account. You can join a live chat for more assistance regarding that, however if your account is showing that it’s in credit, for example, -£xx.xx, then that would mean that it would go towards your future bills.

    Regards,

Yes it is showing the 49 pound on my account as credit on my account so it must mean that the 49 pound is going to go towards my future bills
