How can talk to your customer service

I would like to talk to an agent about my current plan which has ended. I wish to upgrade my handset. I have found a new plan on a comparison site and need to know if I choose the new plan, my current plan will automatically end once the new plan starts.

As your minimum contract term has ended and you'd like to upgrade your handset, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team, who can review your account and confirm the available upgrade options. They'll also be able to explain whether the new plan you're considering would replace your existing plan or require any separate action.
