Switzerland is not included in iD Mobile's standard roaming destinations, so your UK allowances will not automatically work there.

Before you travel, we recommend:

• Logging into the iD Mobile app
• Going to Services > Roaming
• Checking whether a Roam Beyond Data Add-on is available on your account

If a Roam Beyond add-on is available, you'll be able to purchase it directly through the app before or during your trip.

We also recommend checking the following before travelling:

• Ensure Roaming is enabled in the iD Mobile app
• Ensure Data Roaming is enabled in your handset settings
• Consider setting your Bill Cap to £0 if you do not wish to incur any out-of-plan roaming charges

To set your Bill Cap:

1. Open the iD Mobile app
2. Select My Account
3. Select Bill Cap
4. Set the Bill Cap to your preferred amount (for example £0)

If you're unable to see any roaming add-ons in the app, please let us know and we'll be happy to check what options are available on your account.
