Access to none adult content website

Hi, I am new to this network, only swapped over a few days ago but feeling like I want to leave already lol. I have been having issues trying to go on some websites but they're not adult content so I dont understand why I can't access them. Like the gov.website to renew my driving licence and a shopping site. It says "error 403 forbidden"

    ​@flamingo465  Have you used a different Web browser to see if this is still an issue? Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies once you've done so load up the website and allow all cookie's if asked.

    Are you using any type of firewall or VPN?
