accidentally adding add on

I accidently purchased 15gb of data for 12month..

I ordinarily had unlimited data that I no longer needed so I reduced this down to 12gb for £7 month and some how left the app on and accidentally purchased 15gb of data for £30.

Can someone help with this please. Can I be cancelled. I don't want to be paying an extra £30 a month.

I was only paying 15 a month for unlimited data.
