accidently tap STAC NOT PAC

Hello,

 

By mistake, while keeping my old phone number, I entered the password STAC instead of PAC.

What should I do to correct this?

 

Please let me know how I can fix this issue.

Hi ​@Koziropr0 ,

 

Since you entered your account password instead of your PAC code, you’ll need to re-enter the correct PAC code to transfer your number. Please follow these steps:

-Locate your PAC code from your current provider (it should be a 9-character code).

-Go back to the iD Mobile number transfer page and enter the PAC code in the correct field.

-Complete the rest of the porting process as usual.
