Can i activate my eSim before my contract start date

    Hi ​@Zoe1996,

     

    Yes, you can activate your eSIM before your contract start date.

     

    Once activated, your phone will initially be connected using the temporary iD Mobile number that was assigned to your account. If you've requested to transfer your existing number, this will happen on your scheduled transfer date. Once the transfer is complete, your temporary iD Mobile number will be replaced by your existing number.
