I purchased add on roaming but I don't want it to start for a few days. It has started straight away and will run out during my trip. Can I postpone until my trip begins?

I’m really sorry to hear that your roaming add-on started earlier than expected. I understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you're trying to plan ahead for your trip.
Unfortunately, once an add-on is activated, it begins immediately and can’t be postponed. However, we’d love to look into this further and explore any options that might help.
