How to get my offers such as apple music

    Hi ​@Dave300,

     

    If your plan with iD Mobile includes an offer like Apple Music, here’s how to access it:

    How to activate your Apple Music offer

    Log in to the iD Mobile app

    Go to My Account → Add-ons / Extras / Offers

    Select Apple Music and follow the activation link

    You’ll be redirected to Apple to redeem the subscription
     

    If it’s not showing:

    Make sure your plan includes the offer

    Check your email (including spam) for a redemption link

    Ensure you are signed in with your Apple ID

    Update the iD Mobile app to the latest version

    Try logging in via the online account instead of the app
     

    If you still can’t see the offer, let us know
