Thank you for sharing. To transfer your daughter's number to iD Mobile, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to process the transfer for you using the PAC code from her previous provider.

Once the transfer is complete, you can add her number to your account by following these steps:

On the 'Home' screen, tap 'View your plans' in the top right of the screen.
Tap the 'Add new plan' button.
Enter the mobile number for the plan you wish to add to the account. The number must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long.
Enter the last name and date of birth of the account holder, then tap 'Next'.
An SMS containing a one-time passcode will be sent to the iD Mobile number you are adding to the account.
Enter the 8-digit code into the boxes displayed on the screen.
