adding another sim to account

Hi there, 

 

I have recently purchased a second rolling monthly sim only deal. I want to add this to my existing plan but when I try to add it it asks for verification code that has been sent to the new SIM card. The problem I have is that I am using the new sim in a wifi dongle so I dont have access to texts or calls through it. How do I add this to my account in a different way?

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

In order to complete the verification step, the code will need to be received via SMS on the SIM itself. This is a security step to ensure the SIM is correctly linked to your account.

 

As your SIM is currently in a WiFi dongle and unable to receive texts, we’d recommend temporarily moving the SIM into a mobile phone so you can receive the verification code and complete the setup.

 

Once the SIM has been successfully added and verified on your account, you can then move it back into your WiFi dongle and continue using it as normal.

can I do this at any time? I just don’t have access to the SIM card for the next week.
